One of A Kind Resort Trikora Beach

Stayed for 2 nights with seaview and private pool. Room was amazing nice and clean. Azura restaurant in the hotel was the negative experience. Extremely slow service even with empty restaurant. Forgetting orders but very fast when ypu wish to pay. Fix your restaurant staff and this place will be 5 star. - 08 Sep 2024 

Stayed for 3 Days 2Nights||Booked Villa isle Room is Unique and great experience. |All room in the Villa Isle Garden View has a Small Private Pool. ||Restaurants serves a lot of Food Variety at an affordable price. ||Place is like Modern Kampong with Great Uniqueness. Yes there are unwanted Insects and Mosquitoes. But they provide Modern Insect Repel like a plug to use it. No issue with my stay. |The sea view from the beach is nice and the sea quality is Clear water can see small fishes swimming. ||The Villa room is Unique double decker room.|Personel small Pool|Jacuzzi Bath Tub|Electronic auto toilet||The Staffs are Great. Will come again . This time will try the ocean view villa. - 28 Aug 2024 

Great hospitality, food in the bistro is great, we had all 3 meals here during our stay. The ocean villa is great for family and kept our 2.5yo entertained with the pool and sea at the doorstep. On con would be the toilet drains smelling pungent. - 11 Aug 2024

Our family had a great stay in this villa. Peaceful place, great sea view and comfortable bed. We came here to celebrate my little girl 4th birthday and they help us to decorate the room. It's around an hour drive from the ferry terminal but its all worth it.Thankful for their friendly staffs too,(forgot their names haha) helping us for a smooth check in. Breakfast and their BBQ dinner was a good spread. We spent time in the pool and sea every single day. Not forgetting their automatic toilet bowl! Haha Plus point! I booked directly on this hotel. They are able to reply on my querries. I reserved the Junior Suite, with the sea view. I have tols them , that I wanted to celebrate my special day, on one of our rooms.It was a one hour drive from the terminal. They suggested a driver who will pick us up on the terminal, which has different payment ( around SGD 45 )When we arrived at the reception, they told us to wait for 15 mins. Becaue they are still preparing the room ( but it is going to be 2 pm at that time )So after that, when they wanted to send us on our rooms, we ride via buggy. It was hust a short ride, like not more that a min. Actually we can do it by walking to our room.The moment we enter to our room, first the AC was not on ( with the thought that they already prepared our room ). There is a starnge smell, n the room and the toilet. Like a musty smell, maybe because they are near the sea.We just wanted our stay to be a memorable one, but there are some things that I hink that needs improvement.1. The channels on the TV are limited. We asked their engineering to sort out why no cable channels appearing on their TV.2. The water coming out to their faucet got a taste of a not filtered water. The style of the faucet, when you are washing hands will make yoour dress wet.3. The toilet bowl seat has some stain that cannot be removed, even we have wiped it many times,Yes it is auto one, but have not maintained the sanitation.4. The shower area is spacious, maybe can just give attention to the drainage system. The water after shoring became stagnant for qite some time, and sometimes experience water flooding on the whole floor.5. The service, is average. You will wait for30- 1 hour before they will attend on your needs. And you need to call them for follow-up. I think they are short staff, because when we had our breakfast buffet the staf attending the reception, also do other things, like collecting the plates when finished eating, and I think doing a dishwashing too.Hope they will take actions on this matter - 11 Jul 2024
