Was expecting the resort to be under-maintained because of pandemic but it was not as bad as i imagined. Staffs were great, friendly and helpful. Rooms' facilities were so-so, you get what you pay. Can't expect much from such a price. But the public swimming pool is great and clean with sea viewing which is really good! Breakfast was served alacarte as it was just a few guests besides us. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay. Hope that bintan agro will renovate and rebuild its fame again. - 29 Apr 2023

I'm sure the resort was a lot better before the pandemic. Sadly, when I stayed there, the condition was bad. The room was smelly, the AC didn't work properly, the gym was closed.

This was the very first vacation using my own money so this will always hold a special place in my heart.
But that's it, I wish I can anything else better about this place.
Food was average.
The tide was really low and the beach is average.

This resort has been established since a long long time ago. It is a really good place with complete facilities. THeir service are excellent. The lobby is decorated with really huge efforts. You can play sea sports there, its really wide, the room is extravagant, exceeded the hotel standard, its really elegant. It has an award for its excellence. You won't get bored in the resort, there are so many things to do, its really hard to book a room in this resort, knowing this resort is really crowded and famous throughout Asia. great scenery with super clear view of sunrise, rooms just a few metres from the water. clean clear water and really nice to dip in. food was great and affordable, available till ten so you could have a good sit down session watching the sea without having to worry about being hungry. a few down points were I could not sleep due to itchy feeling of the mattress (like something biting) but my wife was not affected though. not sure what was wrong with the mattress. the other down point was that the air con to our room was not working at first with a loud noise when switched on. the staff there fixed it but I thought it would have been great if done before we checked in though. overall, it was an awesome place, suitable for couples or family. go there for peaceful or romantic time. - 29 Apr 2019
