Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

Just got home from a wonderful weekend trip in Four Points Sheraton in Lagoi Bay of Bintan. Our stay was excellent: staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was nice and airy and breakfast truly fantastic - so many choices that if one doesn't find something to his/her liking, it is better to stay home. There were several pools and beach was just a few steps away, too. They also have a free shuttle service from the ferry terminal, and it is just a 10 minute drive. Very easy and convenient! Warmly recommend this resort and will definitely stay there again! - 06 May 2024

The service was amazing. We had a quick 2 night stay in the “sea view suite,” and it was one of the most relaxing getaways we have ever had. Our plan was to get around Bintan, but we decided the atmosphere, customer service, and friendly staff had us decide to just enjoy the 2X restaurants, lounge, pool, and amazing views of the pool and the cove! This hotel is really very very nice with a very nice view as well as a simple public beach it would help if there were beach chair for us to chill and relax. I celebrated my birthday here with my baby girl and they were very kind to allow us to check out late so that my baby could rest while waiting for our ferry.
I want to thank Rio for helping me as well as all of the hotel staff in Fourpoint Sheraton. They have provided us with very very good service. During my recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, I experienced a level of hospitality and service that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
The staff exemplify the epitome of hospitality. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring the comfort of every guest was evident in every interaction. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued.
One aspect that truly stood out was the genuine care and humanity displayed by the hotel staff. It was evident that they weren't just performing their duties but were genuinely invested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is new and clean. the team of staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to compliment Gerry the Front Desk manager. Gerry is honest, precise and forthcoming with his suggestions. He is considerate with the elderly. Will come back again because of the great level of service that Gerry provided. Have just returned to the UK after a lovely 4 night stay at the Four Points Bintan.
The hotel was newly opened so everything was pristine as you would expect with some final finishing work still ongoing but it was never intrusive.
The location is perfect, right on the ocean with an amazing beach but what was most impressive about the stay was the wonderful staff there.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were so welcoming, friendly and attentive and most certainly went the extra mile to ensure your stay was perfect for you.
All this service was delivered with a big smile on their faces.
Special mention to Justin the food and beverage manager for his kindness, care and advice and also to GM Jenny for ensuring every request was promptly fulfilled with the obligatory smile.
