Our basic package includes a stay with breakfast, 2-way ferry tickets, and 2-way land transfers. You could add an optional boat ride in the crystal lagoon and a 60-min body massage or Mangrove Tour. Although it has a huge crystal lagoon, the common areas like the restaurant (there’s only 1) and the walkway are pretty restricted. So brace yourself for a little discomfort if you were to go on a weekend. Also, kindly take note of the peak surcharges that are applicable on public holidays. Everything is just one text away
I love how accessible everything is, from contacting for a buggy ride, room service and just even for more aluminium foil for our BBQ session. I think they are pretty flexible with many staff on the ball. Everything was delivered pretty fast 🙂
I love the food at the “rose garden”. Pretty decent, enjoyed their pizza. Tried food at the Natura resort, wasnt as nice..
One downside is that since these are tentage and are spaced pretty closely, neighbours can be a little too noisy. We did mention to the staff which helped us to tell them off.. but they were still pretty loud, which can disrupt others rest time
Activities wise on pricer side with 20% discount

They also provide car rental service or local car tour, to explore their town and other spots such as coffee plantation, blue lake and many other areas. They would also ask you where you want to go, so it is similar to free and easy itinerary
It is a chill and fun place for family with kids. A short getaway holiday
Very recommend it
Located around 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal, free shuttle service is provided to and fro the ferry terminal. Anmon staff gave warm welcome upon check-in and all their staff were polite. Once you check in, they will send you to your room by buggy. Any request will communicate through WhatsApp and they are super responsive.
All the activities are provided at treasure Bay, which shares with natra bintan resort next door. Although the price may be slight hefty, but they provided 20% discount for all resort stayers. The amount of activities are able to keep you staying at resort entire day. Their resort is real beautiful, every photos taken are amazing.
Breakfast buffet selection was decent, but can be overcrowded if everyone comes at peak timing.
However, there is no soundproofing entirely between rooms, as I'm a light sleeper, I woke up by the noise from the kids next door early morning, hence unable to have good rest during my stay.
Even though there is no TV in the room, but the WiFi coverage is good and seamless at the entire resort (no coverage at treasure bay though). Can watch streaming and video through own device.
Special shout out to their staff. I forgotten to collect my kueh lapis that was delivered and left at the counter, I WhatsApp them and they got someone to send down to the ferry terminal. Their service really top notch. Will come back stay again in future.
Breakfast spread is sumptuous too.
