We stayed in cassia garden view room for 2 nights and 3 days. The stay was nice and peaceful. The room is neat and clean and the food was good. Hospitality was so nice, people were humble and helpful. Nice place to stay with kids and family as there are options like foam party at the pool. - 23 Aug 2024 

Staffs are very nice and helpful. They are very friendly ,always smiling. The front office team, Tasia, Tiara, and David, were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing all my inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
The F&B team members, especially Firdaus provided outstanding service throughout my dining experiences, offering delectable cuisine with a touch of hospitality that made each meal a delight. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my dining experience.
Lastly, the Guest Coordinator, Benny was instrumental in ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction and willingness to assist with any request did not go unnoticed.
