Cassia Bintan Package

I stayed in this resort for 3 days solo. The lasting impression of this resort is definitely the top notch hospitality and service of the hotel. every interaction with the staff was always warm, friendly and helpful. I also left my journal pouch that meant alot to me and took them less than afew hours to find it at the beach club, and offered options to send it back to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Family Getaway – Our Second Time Here!**

We just wrapped up our second stay at Cassia Bintan, and it certainly won’t be our last! It remains a fantastic, quiet, and incredibly clean resort that is absolutely perfect for families.

**The Highlights:**

* **Spacious & Functional Rooms:**
We loved the layout of the accommodation. The room is very spacious, featuring a good-sized living room alongside a dining area and a fully functional kitchen equipped with complete cooking appliances (perfect since we brought our own groceries to cook!). There is also a great-sized balcony to relax on.

* **Warm hospitality:**
The service here is top-notch. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a massive help. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and exuded genuine sincerity and kindness.

* **Seamless Travel:**
Located very close to the ferry terminal, the free shuttle pick-up and drop-off made transit completely stress-free.

* **Awesome Food & Beach:**
The breakfast buffet at the neighboring Homm Resort was absolutely awesome, and the beach is perfect for the kids to play on the sand.

**A Couple of Minor Challenges:**

* **The Hillside Layout:**
Because the resort is situated on a hill, the blocks are unevenly leveled. If you are staying in Block 5 like we did, it can be a bit of a challenge to get to your room as it requires taking a minimum of two separate lifts.

* **TV Upgrades Needed:**
The in-room TVs could definitely use an upgrade. It would be a wonderful addition if they supported screen casting so guests could stream their own platforms (like Netflix or YouTube) onto the TV.

Aside from those minor details, everything was absolutely great. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for a third visit! - 14 Jul 2026

Had super relaxing and fantastic time in Cassia Bintan in June 2026. Cassia, Homme (formerly Angsana) and Banyan Tree Resorts are all linked and part of the Banyan Group, sharing a very clean and beautiful beach, pools and restaurants. Calm sea (in June at least), clean beach ( they clear the beach every morning!).

But the most important aspect is the super friendly staff. Everywhere you walked, you are greeted with smiles!!

Want to give a shout out to Deni at the Xana Beach Club, Amirah, Mutia, Nicho, Alifah and Nadia at the Homme Restaurants. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Had many chats with them every morning during breakfast. They really took the effort and time to chat with us and made us so welcomed, everyday we were there. I think the Banyan group management is doing a great job with their staff.

We have stayed at various resorts in Bintan but Cassia and the Banyan resorts have absolutely the best staff.

Looking forward to another stay there soon!

Amazing trip, few days really well spent all credits go to the resort. The staff were extremely helpful with any requests we had, the hospitality was impeccable. Food prices were amazing for the quality and portions. The room was spacious with great bathrooms, and the hotel is so accessible to the beach. The pool is also great, and nearby sitting arrangements were plenty. The breakfast spread was vast and really delicious, and the staff there were very helpful as well. The adjacent xana beach club had amazing food as well and the overall vibes of the beach area were amazing, with really nice music always playing at the vista restaurant as well as the beach. Access to nearby hotel restaurants is also a pluspoint. Highly recommend coming here for a beautiful beach weekend trip. Very helpful staff - 05 Jul 2026

The rooms were nice and had everything you needed, but what was truly impressive were the private beach and the exceptional service! Tyara at the reception desk was amazingly sweet and nice but everyone we interacted with were so helpful and lovely! - 14 Jun 2026
