We had an excellent experience. The hotel is immaculate with a lot of things to do just within the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious and neat with a well stocked mini bar. Plenty of activities for the kids. The staff of the hotel are priceless. Very friendly and their attention to detail was very impressive. - 06 Sep 2024 

Wonderful time at Residence Bintan
We stayed in the Residence Bintan for four nights in a garden terrace room and had a wonderful time. The transfers went wonderfully. Our room was spacious and located in a great garden. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. We took advantage of the numerous hotel offers, went on a banana boat ride, took part in the honey tasting and used the games room. There are numerous and varied activities for children. The firefly tour was also unforgettable. The food at Rica Rica and the barbecue dinner are highly recommended. But special mention should be made of the wonderful people at reception, the pool bar, the restaurants, on the beach and throughout the hotel who do everything possible to ensure that you have a wonderful time. Everything here was perfect. So much privacy, not very crowded. The chicken Cesar salad was a standout. All of the staff was so friendly. Just absolutely amazing. The ferry ride and pickup are seamless. Getting around the resort is easy. Book your trip here asap! - 27 Aug 2024 

MAW: I recommend this paradise to everyone, but especially to families.
SERVICE
The service was top-notch. They always smile and greet you, they made us take-away breakfast when we left early, they organized our charging cables, they remembered our special requests with dinner and more little things that made our stay feel incredibly comfortable.
I also noticed how the staff is good with children, or at least likes children. I saw some kids picking up all the lanterns from the dinner tables and stacking them. The staff didn't get mad, but tried to help them build.
ROOMS
The rooms have everything you will need, but if I am extremely critical, then there are some small points. The only things missing were:
- good lighting for the bathroom mirrors,
- dimmable night light,
- a possibility to charge your phone next to your bed.
LOCATION
The only problem for me was the location. The terrain is very big and houses can be very far from the lobby. Traveling over it can be a pain. Further, you need to know that the location is in the middle of nowhere. Everything you will be doing, will be inside the residence or organized by the residence. - 27 Aug 2024
