Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan Package

Stayed on 2nd to 3rd May. Great short staycation at Pantai Indah Villa. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and their service was great! If only there is time to try out their rental service such as the e-scooter or electric car. - 12 May 2026 

The stay was amazing for us. The security here is quite good and the place definitely felt very safe. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs were incredibly helpful and polite and made our stay even better with their service. Communication through WhatsApp was also very smooth. We received things that we ordered or requested on time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would come back here again. - 03 May 2026 

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa for 3 days and 2 nights. The resort is located in the Lagoi Bintan resort area, which is very well maintained. The nearby facilities are excellent, especially Plaza Lagoi, where you can find many attractions such as restaurants and Mustafa Centre. Initially, my expectations were quite low, but Lagoi turned out to be a truly attractive tourist destination.

As for the villa, it was fantastic—spacious enough for two adults and one child. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. A staff member named Pak Tamrin gave us a clear and helpful briefing about the villa. There is also a shuttle service (like a taxi) to Plaza Lagoi, costing only IDR 100,000.

The resort offers a wide range of activities, including Bintan tours, kids’ activities, and indoor options such as ATV rides and spa/massage services. If you prefer not to leave the Lagoi area, there are plenty of things to do within the resort itself.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. The beach was definitely the highlight—very clean, with calm waves, making it perfect for kids. I will definitely come back again. - 02 May 2026

We had a 3-day stay at this Villa during the April Public Holiday and it was a nice, relaxing and peaceful experience. We enjoyed the private pool so much. Room service was great and the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. They are very quick to respond to whatever you need especially when you ask for a buggy to take you to the restaurant. We had a really nice beach view during breakfast. We also did a private barbeque at the beach. It was a nice experience, and the staff, Monica, was so nice and so cheerful. One of the kitchen crew, quite a big guy, forgot his name, was so helpful and he made sure everything was set-up for us well. I also appreciate how they were quick to help us with a huge mishap in our ferry booking. We thought we couldn't make it to our ferry back to Singapore but our driver Ryan was the hero for us that time! It was a very stressful time for us but Ryan and the lady at the reception helped us through it! - 06 Apr 2026 

We had a wonderful start to our new year at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom villa which we loved! The villa was spacious and suited our family of 3 very nicely. It was convenient to have a kitchenette for preparing simple meals and the private swimming pool was a luxurious touch (see photo).

The facilities included an amazing beach (see photo); we came when the moon was full, so at low tide we were able to wander for great distances to explore the sea life in the tide pools (see photos). We also enjoyed other activities, such as riding ATVs around the resort and the nearby lake (see photo).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One particularly memorable experience was our moonlight dinner on the beach: we had a multicourse feast that was grilled near our table at the beach.

It was also easy to hire a car and driver to visit other Bintan attractions, such as the Blue Lake and the Safari Lagoi Bintan (see tiger photo).

It was a fantastic vacation at the Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan and we were sad to leave. - 01 Mar 2026 

Had a cosy 2 day getaway with the significant other here during the Chinese New Year break .
The one room villa with private pool was wonderful . Enjoyed having our own private pool .
The service staff were friendly and helpful. The resort also celebrated the Chinese New Year with a memorable lion dance and ‘lo hei’.
The only down side was that the in- house restaurant food wasn’t so great . - 19 Feb 2026
