My wife and I booked a 4D3N stay at this resort (one bedroom villa) to wind down and have some quiet time, and so this review will not talk about the activities that the resort offers. We are uncertain of the occupancy rate during our stay in late June, but we didn't see anyone in our villa, except for our extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbours who talked, sang, played music, literally shouted (possibly drunk) way into the wee hours of the morning. (Thankfully, they checked out the next day.) So if you have unruly neighbours, note that you will be able to hear them in your bedroom, though it's louder in the dining area and toilet as they are outdoors. As an experience, we ordered room service for one of our dinners, and also rented the BBQ package where we could cook our food at the dining area within our villa. While there have been a few comments about the quality of the food, which I will not disagree, I will try to be objective and say that the resort is not known for quality cuisine and so should not expect to cook dellicious meals (a good number of esorts and hotels arent as well.) Food is average, and does the job of filling you. If it's good, it's a bonus. The staff is the highlight of the stay, as they were always all smiles and ready to help. Having a chat over WhatsApp where you can place orders, make requests and ask questions was very helpful. Replies and responses to requests were very quick. The resort has buggies to fetch you from one location to another within its boundaries, though once we found our way, we walked most of the time. The service at the resort is outstanding! Our villa has a small enclosed living room (no TV) once you enter, and then you transition to an "outdoor" kitchen and dining area facing the private pool, before stepping into the enclosed bedroom (with TV) and study desk, and finally an open concept and large shower (with separate bathtub) and toilet area. Some may find the transition from an enclosed to open area (opening and closing sliding doors) troublesome, we booked it with our eyes wide open knowing that the configuration was as such and had no issues with it. Those who prefer a contiguous layout may wish to book elsewhere. Room was comfortable with all the amenities you require (my watch told me my sleep for the 3 nights was "calm"), though there was a lack of cable channels on the telly and the lights in the room were just about sufficiently bright for reading. Basic shampoo and showe gel are provided through a sensor dispenser, but the amount dispense was so little as to require at least two pumps to create any lather. Again, nothing too serious as to warrant a complaint. - 27 Jun 2024 

We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. The villa was amazing and incredibly relaxing. All the staff were very nice and helpful. If you want to go outside, the villa can help arrange transport. Another good thing is that they have a shuttle bus service for pickup from the ferry and to the ferry. For breakfast, I think if there are few visitors, they send a form in the evening for you to choose what you want to eat and the time, and deliver it to the villa the next morning - 30 May 2024

We booked a 2 rooms villa for our family for 3 nights 6th to 9th April. Lovely villa with a private pool. The villa is well cleaned and garden well maintained. TVs in living room as well as both bedrooms. Garden furniture could have been cleaner and wooden deck worn out needs repair. Master bedroom aircon not powerful enough to cool the room. Meals at the restaurant were good. Wish they could have another restaurant instead of just 1. Would be nice if they could provide a coffee machine in the villa. Breakfast spread was good. On low occupancy days breakfasts were sent to our villa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will visit again as it is a wonderful place to spend quiet time. - 18 Apr 2024 

Booked a one room villa and the unit is clean and spacious. The villa comes complete with a living room, open air dining, master bedroom and a large toilet. A very good place for relaxing n family time with your loves one. Rooms: Clean room and the aircon very cold. Food & drinks: Our booking come with a breakfast buffet, the range of food is good enough. Noteworthy details: The villa is very peaceful and relaxing. Customer service was great, from receiving guests(ferry point) to check in/out and during our stay. - 09 Jan 2024
