Even before arrival, the team was very responsive and accommodating. I was in contact with them for about two weeks after booking to clarify arrangements and preferences, and they were always patient, clear, and honest in their communication.
During our stay, we communicated mainly through WhatsApp and every request was handled promptly. When we misunderstood the complimentary ferry transfer (only one way is free), they clarified it respectfully and transparently. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of our villa, and the staff assisted us quickly without making it stressful.
One moment that stood out was during heavy rain — our villa was located on a cliff and normally accessed by golf cart. When we mentioned we might get soaked, they immediately arranged their company car instead. That level of attentiveness made a difference.
The restaurant and café served good food, and during our Valentine’s dinner, they thoughtfully played romantic music and even gave me a rose. It was a small gesture, but it made the evening feel special.
Overall, it’s a quiet, romantic place with great views and genuine service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.
