Amazing place! The scenery is good, staff are kind and friendly, location is near local food places and its just vibes. The place is huge as well can go explore the mini zoo and cycle around - 09 Aug 2024 

Booked a villa directly with the hotel.
Stayed at villa with our own private pool.
Absolutely amazing at the hospitality of the staff, right down to the driver.
Special thanks to Aguz ( Manager) and ndy ( our driver for the 2 days tour).
We booked a 2 day car +driver at a really good rate, its Cheaper than getting from the tour agency actually so if u are looking for a driver its better to ask them directly.
Room was really cool, everything and more you would expect from a more nature minded villa, almost everything was build with wood n there are so many nicely hidden finds, like pineapple plants, jackfruit tree and koi ponds, i even asked the staff if i could feel the kois and to my surprise she handed me some fish food to feed them.
Also, the villa has like a nice bar that serves drinks and snacks on a small hill overlooking the island so it's super cool.
Overall would surely be back,
Staff were all able to speak good English so that helps in communicating.

Hi. Me & my family was there for 3 days 2 nights at room 119. Just to share on few points.
1) The air con was not functioning well .
2) I would like to suggest to lights shine onto the room number or a
Somewhere easy for eye catches. Because guests or staff might have difficulty when looking for room number. Especially in the night.

Our family of 4 stayed for 3days 2nights at their pool villa. We are grateful for the excellent service from all the staff. We had a comfortable stay. De bintan villa has a lot to offer to its guests. We highly recommend this place - 09 Aug 2023 

The resort is in the middle of nowhere. You won't find anything outside the resort, restaurant or shopping. It's NOT safe to walk outside the resort, any time of the day or night. You will be confined to the resort for all your needs. Having said that, the resort serves some great food and stands on a large land area. Service is good, but none understand basic English. Rooms are great, specially the family villas. The most terrifying part of the resort is their decliff restaurant that hangs by a few rods and metal grill. My family and I were terrified to sit at a table on this fragile restaurant set up. You can book a taxi to different sight seeing places. Room prices are reasonable. Maybe, worth a single visit if you love a place away from everywhere. - 09 Jul 2023
