Was there over weekend, really appreciate the warmly-welcome from all staff and people there. Various options for nice food and drink in four restaurants. Plenty of day activities for family with mixed adults and kids. The resort also provided bed makeup with honeymoon and bear theme, really adorable. Perfect short retreat trip from Singapore. Toast to Another Memorable Birthday
This year, I had planned again to spend my birthday with my sister at my 2nd home. Lost count of how many times I have been coming as I just ended YR 2023 and welcomed YR 2024 in Residence too! So here I am again!
We were given a free upgrade to the Beach Front villa and the room was beautifully decorated to welcome me when I arrived after dinner. They redecorated for my birthday and even ran a bath too! Thank you to the housekeeping team for the surprises-Leo & Saryono and Fandi & Ferdy.
My favourite noodles- Mie Ayam- were served at breakfast as I casually mentioned to Daryanto about them. I had 3 servings- 2 small bowls & 1 big portion. My sister also had 3 bowls too!
My sister also arranged a sumptuous dinner surprise- “Tumpeng” at Rica Rica with the GM, Rajeev. Thank you for the delicious and tasty meal! We loved it! Please convey my thanks to the chef!
The last surprise awaited me at the pool bar where Fey & the pool bar team sang a birthday song and surprised me with a cake too!

Thank you very much for your impeccable and wonderful work, all of you are amazing, and surprise us in every way possible! I have so many people to thank. It would be remiss of me not to thank every person at The Residence that made my birthday this year so special, from the reservations team to the front desk to Rica Rica, the Dining Room, Pool Bar, Recreation, Spa and Massage, and Housekeeping!

Five stars in every way! We absolutely loved this hotel. The 2 bedroom villa had a private infinity pool with direct access to the beach and was huge, with two enormous bathrooms. Room are good, staff service are good. Just food wise below average. Morning buffet still not bad. No discount on safra membership for all restaurants and quite disappointed with this. Overall experience quite good as we love the room. Should allow us to late checkout till 3pm if our ferry is at 6pm + - 09 Apr 2024
